Use of the Duro 400DPVB blade with the Husqvarna K1270 16” disc cutter is proven by Network Rail Business Improvement team to be the current optimum method for cutting timbers when installing modular S&C. The 400DPVB and K1270 can be used for any timber cutting activity and therefore is not restricted only for modular S&C installations, but could also be utilised on conventional S&C and plain line installations.
